Terms of Service

Service description
Realest PDMA provides AI-assisted social media content production and posting for real estate agents. Service tiers are described on the pricing page and included in the client agreement.

Commitment
Standard service is a 6-month commitment billed monthly. Month-to-month is available at the higher tier rate.
Content ownership
Client owns 100 percent of the content produced through the service. The HeyGen avatar trained for client is exclusive to client and is not reused on any other account. Full breakdown on the data ownership page.
Compliance
Realest PDMA handles FTC AI disclosure on each platform automatically. MLS data is used read-only and under properly licensed access. Client is responsible for ensuring brokerage compliance with the service.
Termination
Either party may terminate at the end of the commitment period with 30 days written notice. Early termination terms are described in the client agreement.
