You record under 2 minutes of footage in a single sitting. We coach you on lighting, framing, and pacing so the avatar reads as you, not as a robot in a suit. HeyGen trains the Avatar V on the footage. You can also provide additional photos for other scenes and styles.
Each month after that, you drop a market PDF and any listings into your Drive folder. Everything else is automatic.

Script generation in your voice.
Every script runs through a five-stage pipeline before it ever hits your inbox: data ingestion, insight extraction, brand voice synthesis, automated Fair Housing compliance review, then your final approval. Hyper-local market reports, lifestyle pieces, listing breakdowns, evergreen pillars, and your personal brand pieces all run through the same engine.
Personal-brand content slots get filled with stories and angles you supplied during onboarding. Listing breakdowns get generated from the listing data you drop in. Evergreen content rotates so the feed never goes stale.
You review the scripts in your dashboard. Approve the ones you like, request edits on anything that does not feel right. Most agents approve a full month in under 20 minutes.

A note on the safeguard.
The compliance review is a safeguard, not a guarantee. We screen for the things that get agents in trouble: steering language, coded demographic phrases, religious targeting, source-of-income exclusions, undisclosed AI claims, missing fair housing language. We catch most of it before you see it. The final responsibility for every published word, post, and reply stays with you, the licensee. That is how it should be. Our job is to make staying compliant the easy default, not the burdensome exception.

Why HeyGen Avatar V instead of stock or generic AI content?
Algorithms now penalize generic AI content. Engagement on faceless reels is collapsing across every major platform. Avatar V uses your actual face and voice, so the content reads as authentic and the algorithm treats it that way.
How long is the avatar training process?
Less than 2 minutes of footage. We coach you through exactly what to record, and you can also provide photos for additional scenes and styles. Once trained, the avatar can be used indefinitely and you can re-train any time you want to update the look.
How does the Fair Housing compliance review actually work?
Every script we generate is screened against the federal Fair Housing Act (24 CFR 100.75), NAR Code of Ethics Article 10, applicable state expansions including source-of-income protections in CA, NY, IL, WA, and others, plus AI disclosure laws like California AB 723 and the Colorado AI Act. Per-se violations are caught instantly. Coded language and steering patterns are caught by a second-pass language model trained against the relevant case law and HUD guidance. Every check is logged with a timestamp and audit trail. The review is a safeguard, not a guarantee. You remain the licensee responsible for every published piece, and you have full edit and approval rights before anything posts.
